English to someone who doesn’t speak the language

Every wondered what English would sound like to a foreigner who didn’t speak the language.  I know I have.  This Italian guy made a song that consists of sounds of what English sounds like, it’s a pretty catchy tune.  Looks to be made in the 70s and quite entertaining.

Email Exchange

I came across this earlier this evening.  Now I know in consulting you aren’t supposed to talk to clients like this but sometimes it is necessary.  When I was in consulting I could name a few clients who had these “mind blowing ideas” and were assured to become rich if we only did a few things for free.  This is how I probably wold have preferred to deal with them instead of being strung along.  this email exchange is pretty funny and someone long but for anyone who has to deal with a-hole clients you will get a kick out of it.

The Muppet Bohemian Rhapsody

This is my first post in a while, frankly due to the fact that there is a lot of garbage out there and i haven’t found anything that I found to be inspiring or fun enough to put up here.  I found something.  the muppets sing Queen’s Bohemian rhapsody, in youtube’s HD.  Growing up watching the muppets it is great that they are still going and furthermore still making me laugh.  Enjoy

How online photo galleries should be done

I am big into photography,  I love to do it but never really devote a ton of time to it so i am not as good as I would hope to be.  This means that I spend a good bit of time checking out online photo galleries.  Most are super frustrating to navigate through or the pictures just aren’t big enough.  In my opinion the Boston globe got it right.  you get one huge picture to start and you can scroll through them including captions.  If you see something you like you can click on it and view the entire collection from that artist as well.  hope you like…
